Applications must be submitted within 30 days of the mailing of the assessment notices. Notices are typically mailed in early February. Please do not submit an application prior to the mailing of the assessment notices. Requests for review must be submitted on the Office of the County Assessor. Incomplete forms or appeal requests not submitted on the County form Application for Review Form will not be considered. Any documentation requiring consideration must be submitted with the original application.

LOUDOUN COUNTY HOME OWNERS MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES.

For your information, market values and tax assessments have fallen dramatically in Loudoun County in the past 2-3 years.  However, as good and as helpful as the Loudoun County tax assessors are, your property just might be assessed higher than necessary.
