Lenn - I see the $10K grant showing up in a lot of posts, Are you getting inquiries? Are you finding people who are abloe to take advantage of this? Is it working or is it simply an idea that many cannot actually make use of for whatever reason. just curious.

George.  That is a mortgage bank in Northern Virginia.  I suppose you could find a room like that almost anywhere.
