NEW HOMES IN LOUDOUN COUNTY VIRGINIA - PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEANS GOOD PRICES

NEW HOMES IN ROUND HILL VIRGINIA - PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEANS GOOD PRICES

The secret to a good price for new homes is - buy pre-construction - buy from floor plans and buy-before the builder gets a model open.  Round Hill Virginia is a good location for Western Loudoun County new homes.

I love to drive up to a new construction site and see a sale trailer.  I know that the prices are going to be the best that they will probably ever be for that community.  Today I visited a new community in Round Hill     Virginia and found new homes for sale in Loudoun County that are approximately 15% below anything else in the market for the same square feet.  I've got to get a buyer in there before the price goes up.  While I am working with a buyer for the area, he doesn't really want to go to the price of these homes, starting at $600,000.  BUT, the same style home with the same square feet, lot size, style and amenities are selling for $750,000 and up.

This builder needs contracts.  My buyer needs a house.  With any luck, I'll be able to get them together.

Hi Lenn,

Good information.  And, I like your maps!  I haven't gotten around to making any maps since our last conversation.  Someday, I will.  I like the way yours are done.

Hi Lenn, good point pre-buying new constructon is the way to go. Buying the last house in a new subdivision usually one will pay a premium.

Love the maps too. Are you attending the NAR meetings this year in DC? We'll be there.
